Modern villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The villa is all on one level for easy living, comprises of a kitchen, a living room (with folding glass doors) and 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.
Bedroom one Master – has 2 double beds in, which we call the family room. This has a big en-suite with shower, bidet. etc. There is a cot if required.
Bedroom two has a double bed. It also has its own bathroom which is accessed across the hall. This has a bath, shower, bidet etc.
Bedroom three has 2 single beds which are bolted together to make a kingsize bed with a large mattress topper for extra comfort, also with an en-suite with shower, bidet, etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and a breakfast bar seating four.
The Terrace room has sofas for four / six people. One wall is completely glass (foldable glass curtains)(Only to be opened by property manager). It also has a glass table and 4 chairs for easy dining. It also has a flat screen tv with 100's of international channels and films to be watched.
The roof terrace has unspoiled views of the mountains. It has a table and chairs for six and a gas BBQ.
Benefiting from a private pool and wonderful 180 degree views of the mountains. It is not overlooked at all which makes this villa very private.
The large pool is solar powered which makes it nice and warm in the summer, however please do not expect it to be very warm in the winter months when the suns strength drops.
The outside pool terrace has four large bed loungers, a dining table, a small table and chairs.
WiFi internet throughout.
Stereo is wired outside, so you can listen to your favourite tunes whilst enjoying a swim.
All the bedrooms are air-conditioned/heated.(metered which is chargeable)
No same sex groups under the age of 30 years accepted.
In an area where a car is recommended.
