Well we have on average 5 to 6k of traffic a week currently for people looking for holidays, so just a few of them looking at your property could increase your revenue greatly.

We rent from you and pay you a fixed price every month, and we then look after everything, so all you have to do is enjoy peace of mind every month that you are getting paid.

How are we different from the rest

Well let us answer that very easily, we work for you. We are not a huge company just after your money, we are a family run consulting business that helps individuals, businesses, families, and groups find the perfect holiday and the price they want to pay.

We have 2 ways in which we can work for you. 

Option 1. We search through our travel agency side, giving us access to 1000's of hotels, apartments and villas across the world, and only when you make a booking with us do we take a deposit from you to secure the accommodation. And then the remaining balance is due anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks prior to holiday dates depending on suppliers.

Option 2. We charge a small search fee and look through all the travel group suppliers out there like booking.com, expedia, airbnb, homeaway, tui, ice lolly, onthebeach and so on. Once we have found the right holiday for the budget you have, we give you all the relevant information to make the booking. Saving you a huge amount of time searching the internet trying to find the best deal you can.
